Constable Wansink came and gave us some great advice on staying are some reminders of what she discussed:

NEVER publish the following:

Your full name
Where you live (address)
Your phone number
How old you are (age & date of birth)
Where you go to school
Sports clubs, dance, drama groups, etc you belong to
Too many photos!!!!!!

Treat everyone as a stranger!

Remember all those rules you use in real life? Use them on the internet as well!

What if something pops up on your screen that is rude or scary??? Tell an adult straight away.

Facebook - you need to be 13years old to have an account! It is not intended for anyone under the age of 13years old.
When you are old enough - check the privacy settings (have it set on 'Friends Only'). You need to check this a couple of times a year as it can default back to 'Everyone'.

If you forward, comment or laugh at it - you are part of the bullying!
Do not join it! Help the person being bullied - tell someone!
